The Lord kylleth and maketh alyue, bryngeth downe to the graue & fetcheth vp agayne.

Then saide he vnto me: Thou sonne of man, thinkest thou these bones may liue againe? I aunswered, O Lorde God, thou knowest.

And he charged them straytly, that no man shoulde knowe of it: and commaunded to geue her meate.

For lykewyse as the father rayseth vp the dead, and quickeneth them: euen so, the sonne quickeneth whom he wyll.

I and my father are one.

Iesus sayde: Take ye away the stone. Martha, the sister of hym that was dead, sayde vnto hym, Lorde, by this tyme he stinketh: For he hath ben dead foure dayes.

And when he had stowped downe, he sawe the linnen clothes lying, yet went he not in.

And there sate in a window a certaine young man, named Eutychus, being fallen into a deepe sleepe: And as Paul was long reasonyng, he was the more ouercome with sleepe, and fell downe from the thirde loft, and was taken vp dead.

And am alyue, and was dead: And beholde, I am alyue for euermore, Amen, and haue the keyes of hell and of death.
