And they departed from Bethel: and when he was but a fielde breadth from Ephrath, Rachel began to trauell, and in trauayling, she was in perill:

And he knewe it, saying: It is my sonnes coate, a naughtie beast hath deuoured hym, Ioseph is without doubt rent in peeces.

But as for man, when he is dead, perished, and consumed away, what becommeth of him?

Moreouer, thus saith the Lorde of hoastes: Beware of the vengeaunce that hangeth ouer you, and call for mourning wiues, and sende for wyse women, that they come shortly,

And he opened it before me, and it was written within and without, and there was written therein, lamentations, and mourning, and wo.
