TSK · Proverbs 12:24

And sawe that rest was good, and the lande that it was pleasaunt: and bowed his shoulder to beare, and became a seruaunt vnto tribute.

And this felowe Ieroboam was a man of strength & courage: And Solomon sawe the young man that he was able to do the worke, he made him ruler ouer all the charge of the house of Ioseph.

An idle hande maketh poore: but a quicke labouring hande maketh riche.

The sluggarde woulde fayne haue and can not get his desire: but the soule of the diligent shall haue plentie.

Slouthfulnesse bryngeth sleepe, and a soule accustomed with craft, shall suffer hunger.

The slouthfull body saith there is a Lion without: I might be slaine in the streate.

I went by the fielde of the slouthfull, and by the vineyarde of the foolishe man:

Like as the doore turneth about vpon the hynges: euen so doth the slouthfull walter him selfe in his bed.
