And one of them, which was a lawyer, asked hym a question, temptyng hym, and saying:

And beholde, a certaine lawyer stoode vp, and tempted him, saying: Maister, what shall I do to inherite eternal lyfe? He sayde vnto hym:

Wo vnto you lawyers: for ye haue taken away the keye of knowledge, ye entred not in your selues, and them that came in, ye forbad.

And a certaine Iewe, named Apollos, borne at Alexandria, came to Ephesus, an eloquent man, and myghtie in the scriptures.

Which also dyd vs great honour, and when we departed, they laded vs with such thynges as were necessary.

Let no man therfore despise hym, but conuay him foorth in peace, that he may come vnto me: for I loke for hym with the brethren.
