And when Saul saw the hoste of the Philistims, he was afraid, & his heart was sore astonied.

What man is he that feareth the Lorde? him wil he teache the way that hee shall chuse.

I haue seene his wayes, and wil heale him: I wil leade him also, & restore comfort vnto him, and to those that lament him.

And when I passed by thee, I saw thee polluted in thine owne blood, and I said vnto thee, whe thou wast in thy blood, Thou shalt liue: euen when thou wast in thy blood, I saide vnto thee, Thou shalt liue.

But many that are first, shalbe last, and the last shalbe first.

Acts 10:6 TSK

Hee lodgeth with one Simon a Tanner, whose house is by the sea side: he shall tell thee what thou oughtest to doe.

Send therefore to Ioppa, and call for Simon, whose surname is Peter (he is lodged in the house of Simon a Tanner by the sea side) who when he commeth, shall speake vnto thee.

Then he called for a light, and leaped in, and came trembling, and fell downe before Paul and Silas,

And as he disputed of righteousnes & temperance, & of the iudgement to come, Felix trembled, and answered, Go thy way for this time, and when I haue conuenient time, I will call for thee.

Moreouer the Law entred thereupon that the offence shoulde abound: neuerthelesse, where sinne abounded, there grace abounded much more:

For he saith to Moses, I wil haue mercy on him, to whom I wil shew mercie: and wil haue compassion on him, on who I wil haue copassion.

And Esaias is bolde, & saith, I was found of them that sought me not, and haue bene made manifest to them that asked not after me.

Wherefore my beloued, as ye haue alwayes obeyed me, not as in my presence only, but now much more in mine absence, so make an end of your owne saluation with feare and trembling.

But the Scripture offereth more grace, and therefore sayth, God resisteth the proude, and giueth grace to the humble.
