And the border of the Canaanites was from Sidon, as thou comest to Gerar, unto Gaza; as thou goest, unto Sodom, and Gomorrah, and Admah, and Zeboim, even unto Lasha.
In the same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates:
And the herdmen of Gerar did strive with Isaac's herdmen, saying, The water [is] ours: and he called the name of the well Esek; because they strove with him.
And the shepherds came and drove them away: but Moses stood up and helped them, and watered their flock.

Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,
¶ Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time.
For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, [and] hating one another.
¶ From whence [come] wars and fightings among you? [come they] not hence, [even] of your lusts that war in your members?
