And if you come with us, it is certain that whatever good things the LORD will favor us with, we will share with you as well.”

I will perform a mighty act among them and then send some of those who remain to the nations– to Tarshish, Pul, Lud(known for its archers), Tubal, Javan, and to the distant coastlands that have not heard about me or seen my splendor. They will tell the nations of my splendor.

Now this is eternal life– that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you sent.

that they will all be one, just as you, Father, are in me and I am in you. I pray that they will be in us, so that the world will believe that you sent me.

The Fellowship of the Early Believers They were devoting themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.

And we proclaim to you the good news about the promise to our ancestors,

For I did not hold back from announcing to you the whole purpose of God.

God is faithful, by whom you were called into fellowship with his son, Jesus Christ our Lord.

Christ’s Resurrection Now I want to make clear for you, brothers and sisters, the gospel that I preached to you, that you received and on which you stand,

namely, that through the gospel the Gentiles are fellow heirs, fellow members of the body, and fellow partakers of the promise in Christ Jesus.

Christian Unity and Christ’s Humility Therefore, if there is any encouragement in Christ, any comfort provided by love, any fellowship in the Spirit, any affection or mercy,

He delivered us from the power of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of the Son he loves,

But those who have believing masters must not show them less respect because they are brothers. Instead they are to serve all the more, because those who benefit from their service are believers and dearly loved. Summary of Timothy’s DutiesTeach them and exhort them about these things.

Leading and Living in God’s Flock So as your fellow elder and a witness of Christ’s sufferings and as one who shares in the glory that will be revealed, I urge the elders among you:

God Is Light, So We Must Walk in the Light Now this is the gospel message we have heard from him and announce to you: God is light, and in him there is no darkness at all.

Everyone who denies the Son does not have the Father either. The person who confesses the Son has the Father also.
