TSK · 1 John 3:14

As for God’s chosen people who are in the land, and the leading officials I admired so much–

And the king will answer them,‘I tell you the truth, just as you did it for one of the least of these brothers or sisters of mine, you did it for me.’

because this son of mine was dead, and is alive again– he was lost and is found!’ So they began to celebrate.

“I tell you the solemn truth, the one who hears my message and believes the one who sent me has eternal life and will not be condemned, but has crossed over from death to life.

My commandment is this– to love one another just as I have loved you.

Living by Faith, Not by Sight For we know that if our earthly house, the tent we live in, is dismantled, we have a building from God, a house not built by human hands, that is eternal in the heavens.

Prayer for Wisdom and Revelation For this reason, because I have heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all the saints,

even though we were dead in offenses, made us alive together with Christ– by grace you are saved!–

Now on the topic of brotherly love you have no need for anyone to write you, for you yourselves are taught by God to love one another.

Final Exhortations Brotherly love must continue.

Suffering for Doing Good Finally, all of you be harmonious, sympathetic, affectionate, compassionate, and humble.

Keeping God’s Commandments Now by this we know that we have come to know God: if we keep his commandments.

Now this is his commandment: that we believe in the name of his Son Jesus Christ and love one another, just as he gave us the commandment.

No one has seen God at any time. If we love one another, God resides in us, and his love is perfected in us.

By this we know that we love the children of God: whenever we love God and obey his commandments.

We know that we are from God, and the whole world lies in the power of the evil one.
