“I do not know who has done this thing,” Abimelech replied.“Moreover, you did not tell me. I did not hear about it until today.”

Joseph said to them,“What did you think you were doing? Don’t you know that a man like me can find out things like this by divination?”

then if anything is done unintentionally without the knowledge of the community, the whole community must prepare one young bull for a burnt offering– for a pleasing aroma to the LORD– along with its grain offering and its customary drink offering, and one male goat for a purification offering.

[But Jesus said,“Father, forgive them, for they don’t know what they are doing.”] Then they threw dice to divide his clothes.

They replied,“You aren’t from Galilee too, are you? Investigate carefully and you will see that no prophet comes from Galilee!”

saying to Aaron,‘Make us gods who will go in front of us, for this Moses, who led us out of the land of Egypt– we do not know what has happened to him!’

Of course, I myself was convinced that it was necessary to do many things hostile to the name of Jesus the Nazarene.

None of the rulers of this age understood it. If they had known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.
