So even David himself speaks regarding the blessedness of the man to whom God credits righteousness apart from works:

But the man who doubts is condemned if he eats, because he does not do so from faith, and whatever is not from faith is sin.

So then, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; what is old has passed away– look, what is new has come!

For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision carries any weight– the only thing that matters is faith working through love.

But the aim of our instruction is love that comes from a pure heart, a good conscience, and a sincere faith.

For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all people.

By faith Rahab the prostitute escaped the destruction of the disobedient, because she welcomed the spies in peace.

Faith and Works Together What good is it, my brothers and sisters, if someone claims to have faith but does not have works? Can this kind of faith save him?

True Wisdom Who is wise and understanding among you? By his good conduct he should show his works done in the gentleness that wisdom brings.
