The LORD both kills and gives life; he brings down to the grave and raises up.

He said to me,“Son of man, can these bones live?” I said to him,“Sovereign LORD, you know.”

He strictly ordered that no one should know about this, and told them to give her something to eat.

For just as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, so also the Son gives life to whomever he wishes.
