Ask, Seek, Knock“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened for you.

Simon Peter said to him,“Lord, where are you going?” Jesus replied,“Where I am going, you cannot follow me now, but you will follow later.”

And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

“Lord,” Judas(not Judas Iscariot) said,“what has happened that you are going to reveal yourself to us and not to the world?”

I no longer call you slaves, because the slave does not understand what his master is doing. But I have called you friends, because I have revealed to you everything I heard from my Father.

At that time you will ask in my name, and I do not say that I will ask the Father on your behalf.

Peter and the Disciple Jesus Loved Peter turned around and saw the disciple whom Jesus loved following them.(This was the disciple who had leaned back against Jesus’ chest at the meal and asked,“Lord, who is the one who is going to betray you?”)

Prayer for Strengthened Love For this reason I kneel before the Father,

Jesus Our Compassionate High Priest Therefore since we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast to our confession.

Drawing Near to God in Enduring Faith Therefore, brothers and sisters, since we have confidence to enter the sanctuary by the blood of Jesus,

And this is the confidence that we have before him: that whenever we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.
