A psalm of David, written when he fled from his son Absalom. LORD, how numerous are my enemies! Many attack me.

Betrayal and Arrest While he was still speaking, Judas, one of the twelve, arrived. With him was a large crowd armed with swords and clubs, sent by the chief priests and elders of the people.

Betrayal and Arrest While he was still speaking, suddenly a crowd appeared, and the man named Judas, one of the twelve, was leading them. He walked up to Jesus to kiss him.

And after Judas took the piece of bread, Satan entered into him. Jesus said to him,“What you are about to do, do quickly.”

“Brothers, the scripture had to be fulfilled that the Holy Spirit foretold through David concerning Judas– who became the guide for those who arrested Jesus–
