Then Samson’s father accompanied him to Timnah for the marriage. Samson hosted a party there, for this was customary for bridegrooms to do.

But the angel said to them,“Do not be afraid! Listen carefully, for I proclaim to you good news that brings great joy to all the people:

Until now you have not asked for anything in my name. Ask and you will receive it, so that your joy may be complete.

For I am jealous for you with godly jealousy, because I promised you in marriage to one husband, to present you as a pure virgin to Christ.

complete my joy and be of the same mind, by having the same love, being united in spirit, and having one purpose.

Conclusion Though I have many other things to write to you, I do not want to do so with paper and ink, but I hope to come visit you and speak face to face, so that our joy may be complete.

The New Jerusalem Descends Then one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls full of the seven final plagues came and spoke to me, saying,“Come, I will show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb!”
