I have wandered off like a lost sheep. Come looking for your servant, for I do not forget your commands.

“My people have been lost sheep. Their shepherds have allowed them to go astray. They have wandered around in the mountains. They have roamed from one mountain and hill to another. They have forgotten their resting place.

“‘For this is what the Sovereign LORD says: Look, I myself will search for my sheep and seek them out.

And you, my sheep, the sheep of my pasture, are my people, and I am your God, declares the Sovereign LORD.’”

What do you think? If someone owns a hundred sheep and one of them goes astray, will he not leave the ninety-nine on the mountains and go look for the one that went astray?

Luke 15:4 TSK

“Which one of you, if he has a hundred sheep and loses one of them, would not leave the ninety-nine in the open pasture and go look for the one that is lost until he finds it?

just as the Father knows me and I know the Father– and I lay down my life for the sheep.

The Condemnation of the Moralist Therefore you are without excuse, whoever you are, when you judge someone else. For on whatever grounds you judge another, you condemn yourself, because you who judge practice the same things.
