Turn away from evil and do what is right! Strive for peace and promote it!

“Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called the children of God.

If possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all people.

But if the unbeliever wants a divorce, let it take place. In these circumstances the brother or sister is not bound. God has called you in peace.

It is the same with you. Since you are eager for manifestations of the Spirit, seek to abound in order to strengthen the church.

Have you been thinking all this time that we have been defending ourselves to you? We are speaking in Christ before God, and everything we do, dear friends, is to build you up.

making every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

Christian Unity and Christ’s Humility Therefore, if there is any encouragement in Christ, any comfort provided by love, any fellowship in the Spirit, any affection or mercy,

Therefore encourage one another and build up each other, just as you are in fact doing.

But keep away from youthful passions, and pursue righteousness, faithfulness, love, and peace, in company with others who call on the Lord from a pure heart.

True Wisdom Who is wise and understanding among you? By his good conduct he should show his works done in the gentleness that wisdom brings.
