TSK · 1 Chronicles 5:2

Judah,^H3063 thee shall thy brethren^H251 praise:^H3034 Thy hand^H3027 shall be on the neck^H6203 of thine enemies;^H341 Thy father's^H1 sons^H1121 shall bow down^H7812 before thee.

And those that encamp^H2583 on the east side^H6924 toward the sunrising^H4217 shall be they of the standard^H1714 of the camp^H4264 of Judah,^H3063 according to their hosts:^H6635 and the prince^H5387 of the children^H1121 of Judah^H3063 shall be Nahshon^H5177 the son^H1121 of Amminadab.^H5992

but he shall acknowledge^H5234 the first-born,^H1060 the son^H1121 of the hated,^H8130 by giving^H5414 him a double^H8147 portion^H6310 of all that he hath;^H4672 for he is the beginning^H7225 of his strength;^H202 the right^H4941 of the first-born^H1062 is his.

Then the children^H1121 of Judah^H3063 drew^H5066 nigh unto Joshua^H3091 in Gilgal:^H1537 and Caleb^H3612 the son^H1121 of Jephunneh^H3312 the Kenizzite^H7074 said^H559 unto him, Thou knowest^H3045 the thing^H1697 that Jehovah^H3068 spake^H1696 unto Moses^H4872 the man^H376 of God^H430 concerning me^H182 and concerning thee^H182 in Kadesh-barnea.^H6947

And Jehovah^H3068 said^H559 unto Samuel,^H8050 How long wilt thou mourn^H56 for Saul,^H7586 seeing I have rejected^H3988 him from being king^H4427 over Israel?^H3478 fill^H4390 thy horn^H7161 with oil,^H8081 and go:^H3212 I will send^H7971 thee to Jesse^H3448 the Beth-lehemite;^H1022 for I have provided^H7200 me a king^H4428 among his sons.^H1121

And he sent,^H7971 and brought him in.^H935 Now he was ruddy,^H132 and withal^H5973 of a beautiful^H3303 countenance,^H5869 and goodly^H2896 to^H7210 look upon. And Jehovah^H3068 said,^H559 Arise,^H6965 anoint^H4886 him; for this is he.

Howbeit Jehovah,^H3068 the God^H430 of Israel,^H3478 chose^H977 me out of all the house^H1004 of my father^H1 to be king^H4428 over Israel^H3478 for ever:^H5769 for he hath chosen^H977 Judah^H3063 to be prince;^H5057 and in the house^H1004 of Judah,^H3063 the house^H1004 of my father;^H1 and among the sons^H1121 of my father^H1 he took pleasure^H7521 in me to make me king^H4427 over all Israel;^H3478

But chose^H977 the tribe^H7626 of Judah,^H3063 The mount^H2022 Zion^H6726 which he loved.^H157

Behold, the days^H3117 come,^H935 saith^H5002 Jehovah,^H3068 that I will raise^H6965 unto David^H1732 a righteous^H6662 Branch,^H6780 and he shall reign^H4427 as king^H4428 and deal wisely,^H7919 and shall execute^H6213 justice^H4941 and righteousness^H6666 in the land.^H776

And^G2532 thou^G4771 Bethlehem,^G965 land^G1093 of Judah,^G2448 art^G1488 in no^G3760 wise least^G1646 among^G1722 the princes^G2232 of^G1537 Judah:^G2448 for^G1063 out of^G1537 thee^G4675 shall come^G1831 forth a governor,^G2233 who shall be shepherd^G4165 of my^G3450 people^G2992 Israel.^G2474

For^G1063 it is evident^G4271 that^G3754 our^G2257 Lord^G2962 hath sprung^G393 out of^G1537 Judah;^G2448 as to^G1519 which^G3739 tribe^G5443 Moses^G3475 spake^G2980 nothing^G3762 concerning^G4012 priests.^G2420
