Did not Achan^H5912 the son^H1121 of Zerah^H2226 commit^H4603 a trespass^H4604 in the devoted thing,^H2764 and wrath^H7110 fell^H1961 upon all the congregation^H5712 of Israel?^H3478 and that man^H376 perished^H1478 not alone^H259 in his iniquity.^H5771

And it came to pass, as soon as Gideon^H1439 was dead,^H4191 that the children^H1121 of Israel^H3478 turned again,^H7725 and played the harlot^H2181 after^H310 the Baalim,^H1168 and made^H7760 Baal-berith^H1170 their god.^H430

For it came to pass, when^H6256 Solomon^H8010 was old,^H2209 that his wives^H802 turned away^H5186 his heart^H3824 after^H310 other^H312 gods;^H430 and his heart^H3824 was not perfect^H8003 with Jehovah^H3068 his God,^H430 as was the heart^H3824 of David^H1732 his father.^H1

Because they have forsaken^H5800 me, and have burned incense^H6999 unto other^H312 gods,^H430 that they might provoke me to anger^H3707 with all the works^H4639 of their hands;^H3027 therefore is my wrath^H2534 poured out^H5413 upon this place,^H4725 and it shall not be quenched.^H3518

The princes^H8269 of Judah^H3063 are like them that remove^H5253 the landmark:^H1366 I will pour out^H8210 my wrath^H5678 upon them like water.^H4325

And I will stretch out^H5186 my hand^H3027 upon Judah,^H3063 and upon all the inhabitants^H3427 of Jerusalem;^H3389 and I will cut off^H3772 the remnant^H7605 of Baal^H1168 from this place,^H4725 [and] the name^H8034 of the Chemarim^H3649 with the priests;^H3548
