Thou shalt not suffer a sorceress^H3784 to live.^H2421

If there arise^H6965 in the middle^H7130 of you a prophet,^H5030 or a dreamer^H2492 of dreams,^H2472 and he give^H5414 you a sign^H226 or a wonder,^H4159

And Jehovah^H3068 said^H559 unto him, Wherewith? And he said,^H559 I will go forth,^H3318 and will be a lying^H8267 spirit^H7307 in the mouth^H6310 of all his prophets.^H5030 And he said,^H559 Thou shalt entice^H6601 him, and shalt prevail^H3201 also: go forth,^H3318 and do^H6213 so.

And when they shall say^H559 unto you, Seek^H1875 unto them that have familiar spirits^H178 and unto the wizards,^H3049 that chirp^H6850 and that mutter:^H1897 should not a people^H5971 seek^H1875 unto their God?^H430 on behalf of the living^H2416 [should they seek] unto the dead?^H4191

Because, even because they have seduced^H2937 my people,^H5971 saying,^H559 Peace;^H7965 and there is no peace;^H7965 and when one buildeth up^H1129 a wall,^H2434 behold,^H2009 they daub^H2902 it with untempered^H8602 [mortar]:

Beware^G4337 of^G575 false prophets,^G5578 who^G3748 come^G2064 to^G4314 you^G5209 in^G1722 sheep's^G4263 clothing,^G1742 but^G1161 inwardly^G2081 are^G1526 ravening^G727 wolves.^G3074

For^G1063 there shall arise^G1453 false Christs,^G5580 and^G2532 false prophets,^G5578 and^G2532 shall show^G1325 great^G3173 signs^G4592 and^G2532 wonders;^G5059 so as to lead astray,^G4105 if^G1487 possible,^G1415 even^G2532 the^G1588 elect.^G1588

Beloved,^G27 believe^G4100 not^G3361 every^G3956 spirit,^G4151 but^G235 prove^G1381 the spirits,^G4151 whether^G1487 they are^G2076 of^G1537 God;^G2316 because^G3754 many^G4183 false prophets^G5578 are gone out^G1831 into^G1519 the world.^G2889
