But when ye go over^H5674 the Jordan,^H3383 and dwell^H3427 in the land^H776 which Jehovah^H3068 your God^H430 causeth you to inherit,^H5157 and he giveth you rest^H5117 from all your enemies^H341 round about,^H5439 so that ye dwell^H3427 in safety;^H983

So Moab^H4124 was subdued^H3665 that day^H3117 under the hand^H3027 of Israel.^H3478 And the land^H776 had rest^H8252 fourscore^H8084 years.^H8141

Is not Jehovah^H3068 your God^H430 with you? and hath he not given you rest^H5117 on every side?^H5439 for he hath delivered^H5414 the inhabitants^H3427 of the land^H776 into my hand;^H3027 and the land^H776 is subdued^H3533 before^H6440 Jehovah,^H3068 and before^H6440 his people.^H5971

But the former^H7223 governors^H6346 that were before^H6440 me were chargeable^H3513 unto the people,^H5971 and took^H3947 of them bread^H3899 and wine,^H3196 besides^H310 forty^H705 shekels^H8255 of silver;^H3701 yea, even^H1571 their servants^H5288 bare rule^H7980 over the people:^H5971 but so did^H6213 not I, because^H6440 of the fear^H3374 of God.^H430

And unto man^H120 he said,^H559 Behold, the fear^H3374 of the Lord,^H136 that is wisdom;^H2451 And to depart^H5493 from evil^H7451 is understanding.^H998

That thou mayest give him rest^H8252 from the days^H3117 of adversity,^H7451 Until the pit^H7845 be digged^H3738 for the wicked.^H7563

The fear^H3374 of Jehovah^H3068 is the beginning^H7225 of knowledge;^H1847 [But] the foolish^H191 despise^H936 wisdom^H2451 and instruction.^H4148

In the fear^H3374 of Jehovah^H3068 is strong^H5797 confidence;^H4009 And his children^H1121 shall have a place of refuge.^H4268

Let not thy heart^H3820 envy^H7065 sinners;^H2400 But [be thou] in the fear^H3374 of Jehovah^H3068 all the day^H3117 long:

And it shall come to pass in that day,^H3117 that the root^H8328 of Jesse,^H3448 that standeth^H5975 for an ensign^H5251 of the peoples,^H5971 unto him shall the nations^H1471 seek;^H1875 and his resting-place^H4496 shall be glorious.^H3519

Thus saith^H559 Jehovah^H3068 of hosts:^H6635 [It shall] yet [come to pass], that there shall come^H935 peoples,^H5971 and the inhabitants^H3427 of many^H7227 cities;^H5892

And^G2532 the word^G3056 of God^G2316 increased;^G837 and^G2532 the number^G706 of the disciples^G3101 multiplied^G4129 in^G1722 Jerusalem^G2419 exceedingly;^G4970 and^G5037 a^G3793 great^G4183 company^G3793 of the priests^G2409 were obedient^G5219 to the faith.^G4102

But^G1161 the word^G3056 of God^G2316 grew^G837 and^G2532 multiplied.^G4129

and^G1161 hope^G1680 putteth^G2617 not^G3756 to shame;^G2617 because^G3754 the love^G26 of God^G2316 hath been shed abroad^G1632 in^G1722 our^G2257 hearts^G2588 through^G1223 the^G4151 Holy^G40 Spirit^G4151 which was given^G1325 unto us.^G2254

So then^G3767 let us^G1377 follow after^G1377 things^G3588 which make for peace,^G1515 and^G2532 things^G3588 whereby^G1519 we may edify^G3619 one another.^G240

For^G1063 we are^G2070 God's^G2316 fellow-workers:^G4904 ye are^G2075 God's^G2316 husbandry,^G1091 God's^G2316 building.^G3619

So^G3779 also^G2532 ye,^G5210 since^G1893 ye are^G2075 zealous^G2207 of spiritual^G4151 [gifts], seek^G2212 that^G2443 ye may abound^G4052 unto^G4314 the edifying^G3619 of the church.^G1577

Having^G2192 therefore^G3767 these^G3778 promises,^G1860 beloved,^G27 let us cleanse^G2511 ourselves^G1438 from^G575 all^G3956 defilement^G3436 of flesh^G4561 and^G2532 spirit,^G4151 perfecting^G2005 holiness^G42 in^G1722 the fear^G5401 of God.^G2316

^G3825 Ye^G1380 think all this time that^G3754 we are excusing ourselves^G626 unto you.^G5213 In the sight^G2714 of God^G2316 speak^G2980 we in^G1722 Christ.^G5547 But^G1161 all things,^G3956 beloved,^G27 [are] for^G5228 your^G5216 edifying.^G3619

But^G1161 the fruit^G2590 of the Spirit^G4151 is^G2076 love,^G26 joy,^G5479 peace,^G1515 longsuffering,^G3115 kindness,^G5544 goodness,^G19 faithfulness,^G4102

for^G4314 the perfecting^G2677 of the saints,^G40 unto^G1519 the work^G2041 of ministering,^G1248 unto^G1519 the building^G3619 up of the body^G4983 of Christ:^G5547

Let^{G1607 G3956} no^G3361 corrupt^G4550 speech^G3056 proceed^G1607 out of^G1537 your^G5216 mouth,^G4750 but^G235 such^G1487 as is^G5100 good^G18 for^G4314 edifying^G3619 as the need^G5532 may be, that^G2443 it may give^G1325 grace^G5485 to them that hear.^G191

^{G4043 G5209} to walk^G4043 worthily^G516 of the Lord^G2962 unto^G1519 all^G3956 pleasing,^G699 bearing fruit^G2592 in^G1722 every^G3956 good^G18 work,^G2041 and^G2532 increasing^G837 in^G1519 the knowledge^G1922 of God;^G2316

Now^G1161 our^G2257 Lord^G2962 Jesus^G2424 Christ^G5547 himself,^G846 and^G2532 God^G2316 our^G2257 Father^G3962 who loved^G25 us^G2248 and^G2532 gave^G1325 us^G2248 eternal^G166 comfort^G3874 and^G2532 good^G18 hope^G1680 through^G1722 grace,^G5485

There remaineth^G620 therefore^G686 a sabbath rest^G4520 for the people^G2992 of God.^G2316
