And Jacob^H3290 said,^H559 O God^H430 of my father^H1 Abraham,^H85 and God^H430 of my father^H1 Isaac,^H3327 O Jehovah,^H3068 who saidst^H559 unto me, Return^H7725 unto thy country,^H776 and to thy kindred,^H4138 and I will do thee good:^H3190

Jehovah^H3068 our God^H430 be with us, as he was with our fathers:^H1 let him not leave^H5800 us, nor forsake^H5203 us;

Wherefore David^H1732 blessed^H1288 Jehovah^H3068 before^H5869 all the assembly;^H6951 and David^H1732 said,^H559 Blessed^H1288 be thou, O Jehovah,^H3068 the God^H430 of Israel^H3478 our father,^H1 for^H5704 ever^H5769 and ever.^H5769

and he said,^H559 O Jehovah,^H3068 the God^H430 of our fathers,^H1 art not thou God^H430 in heaven?^H8064 and art not thou ruler^H4910 over all the kingdoms^H4467 of the nations?^H1471 and in thy hand^H3027 is power^H3581 and might,^H1369 so that none is able to withstand^H3320 thee.

Offer^H2076 unto God^H430 the sacrifice of thanksgiving;^H8426 And pay^H7999 thy vows^H5088 unto the Most High:^H5945

Counsel^H6098 is mine, and sound knowledge:^H8454 I am understanding;^H998 I have might.^H1369

A wise^H2450 man^H1397 is strong;^H5797 Yea, a man^H376 of knowledge^H1847 increaseth^H553 might.^H3581

Then said^H559 I, Wisdom^H2451 is better^H2896 than strength:^H1369 nevertheless the poor man's^H4542 wisdom^H2451 is despised,^H959 and his words^H1697 are not heard.^H8085

And in that day^H3117 thou shalt say,^H559 I will give thanks^H3034 unto thee, O Jehovah;^H3068 for though thou wast angry^H599 with me, thine anger^H639 is turned away^H7725 and thou comfortest^H5162 me.

Now as for these four^H702 youths,^H3206 God^H430 gave^H5414 them knowledge^H4093 and skill^H7919 in all learning^H5612 and wisdom:^H2451 and Daniel^H1840 had understanding^H995 in all visions^H2377 and dreams.^H2472

Daniel^H1841 answered^H6032 and said,^H560 Blessed^H1289 be^H1934 the name^H8036 of God^H426 for^H4481 ever^H5957 and ever;^H5705 for wisdom^H2452 and might^H1370 are^H1932 his.

Surely the Lord^H136 Jehovah^H3069 will do^H6213 nothing,^H1697 except he reveal his secret^H5475 unto his servants^H5650 the prophets.^H5030
