And now I will tell^H3045 you what I will do^H6213 to my vineyard:^H3754 I will take away^H5493 the hedge^H4881 thereof, and it shall be eaten up;^H1197 I will break down^H6555 the wall^H1447 thereof, and it shall be trodden down:^H4823

The noise^H6963 of a multitude^H1995 in the mountains,^H2022 as^H1823 of a great^H7227 people!^H5971 the noise^H6963 of a tumult^H6963 of the kingdoms^H4467 of the nations^H1471 gathered together!^H622 Jehovah^H3068 of hosts^H6635 is mustering^H6485 the host^H6635 for the battle.^H4421

while [men] come^H935 to fight^H3898 with the Chaldeans,^H3778 and to fill^H4390 them with the dead bodies^H6297 of men,^H120 whom I have slain^H5221 in mine anger^H639 and in my wrath,^H2534 and for all whose wickedness^H7451 I have hid^H5641 my face^H6440 from this city:^H5892

For though ye had smitten^H5221 the whole army^H2428 of the Chaldeans^H3778 that fight^H3898 against you, and there remained^H7604 but wounded^H1856 men^H582 among them, yet would they rise up^H6965 every man^H376 in his tent,^H168 and burn^H8313 this city^H5892 with fire.^H784

Then said^H559 Jeremiah^H3414 unto Zedekiah,^H6667 Thus saith^H559 Jehovah,^H3068 the God^H430 of hosts,^H6635 the God^H430 of Israel:^H3478 If thou wilt^H3318 go forth^H3318 unto the king^H4428 of Babylon's^H894 princes,^H8269 then thy soul^H5315 shall live,^H2421 and this city^H5892 shall not be burned^H8313 with fire;^H784 and thou shalt live,^H2421 and thy house.^H1004

The pots^H5518 also, and the shovels,^H3257 and the snuffers,^H4212 and the basins,^H4219 and the spoons,^H3709 and all the vessels^H3627 of brass^H5178 wherewith they ministered,^H8334 took they away.^H3947

The Lord^H136 hath cast off^H2186 his altar,^H4196 he hath abhorred^H5010 his sanctuary;^H4720 He hath given up^H5462 into the hand^H3027 of the enemy^H341 the walls^H2346 of her palaces:^H759 They have made^H5414 a noise^H6963 in the house^H1004 of Jehovah,^H3068 as in the day^H3117 of a solemn assembly.^H4150

Though they bring up^H1431 their children,^H1121 yet will I bereave^H7921 them, so that not a man^H120 shall be left: yea, woe^H188 also to them when I depart^H5493 from them!

But^G1161 the^G191 king^G935 was wroth;^G3710 and^G2532 he sent^G3992 his^G846 armies,^G4753 and^G2532 destroyed^G622 those^G1565 murderers,^G5406 and^G2532 burned^G1714 their^G846 city.^G4172
