I am pained^H5753 and bowed down^H7817 greatly;^H3966 I go^H1980 mourning^H6937 all the day^H3117 long.

There is^H3426 that speaketh^H981 rashly like the piercings^H4094 of a sword;^H2719 But the tongue^H3956 of the wise^H2450 is health.^H4832

A glad^H8056 heart^H3820 maketh a cheerful^H3190 countenance;^H6440 But by sorrow^H6094 of heart^H3820 the spirit^H7307 is broken.^H5218

A man^H376 hath joy^H8057 in the answer^H4617 of his mouth;^H6310 And a word^H1697 in due season,^H6256 how good^H2896 is it!

Pleasant^H5278 words^H561 are [as] a honeycomb,^H6688 Sweet^H4966 to the soul,^H5315 and health^H4832 to the bones.^H6106

The spirit^H7307 of a man^H376 will sustain^H3557 his infirmity;^H4245 But a broken^H5218 spirit^H7307 who can bear?^H5375

Oil^H8081 and perfume^H7004 rejoice^H8055 the heart;^H3820 So doth the sweetness^H4986 of a man's friend^H7453 [that cometh] of hearty^H5315 counsel.^H6098
