It repenteth^H5162 me that I have set up^H4427 Saul^H7586 to be king;^H4428 for he is turned back^H7725 from following^H310 me, and hath not performed^H6965 my commandments.^H1697 And Samuel^H8050 was wroth;^H2734 and he cried^H2199 unto Jehovah^H3068 all night.^H3915

Then the king^H4428 sent^H7971 to call^H7121 Ahimelech^H288 the priest,^H3548 the son^H1121 of Ahitub,^H285 and all his father's^H1 house,^H1004 the priests^H3548 that were in Nob:^H5011 and they came^H935 all of them to the king.^H4428

And the king^H4428 of Israel^H3478 said^H559 unto Jehoshaphat,^H3092 there is yet one^H259 man^H376 by whom we may inquire^H1875 of Jehovah,^H3068 Micaiah^H4321 the son^H1121 of Imlah:^H3229 but I hate^H8130 him; for he doth not prophesy^H5012 good^H2896 concerning me, but evil.^H7451 And Jehoshaphat^H3092 said,^H559 Let not the king^H4428 say^H559 so.

The desire^H8378 accomplished^H1961 is sweet^H6149 to the soul;^H5315 But it is an abomination^H8441 to fools^H3684 to depart^H5493 from evil.^H7451

Shall evil^H7451 be recompensed^H7999 for good?^H2896 for they have digged^H3738 a pit^H7745 for my soul.^H5315 Remember^H2142 how I stood^H5975 before^H6440 thee to speak^H1696 good^H2896 for them, to turn away^H7725 thy wrath^H2534 from them.

Brethren,^G80 my^G1699 heart's^G2588 desire^G2107 and^G2532 my supplication^G1162 to^G4314 God^G2316 is^G2076 for^G5228 them,^G2474 that^G1519 they may be saved.^G4991
