As for me,^H589 behold, my covenant^H1285 is with thee, and thou shalt be the father^H1 of a multitude^H1995 of nations.^H1471

And as for Ishmael,^H3458 I have heard thee:^H8085 behold, I have blessed^H1288 him, and will make him fruitful,^H6509 and will multiply^H7235 him exceedingly;^H3966 twelve^H6240 princes^H5387 shall he beget,^H3205 and I will make him^H5414 a great^H1419 nation.^H1471

And God^H410 Almighty^H7706 bless^H1288 thee, and make thee fruitful,^H6509 and multiply^H7235 thee, that thou mayest be a company^H6951 of peoples;^H5971

And who, as I, shall call,^H7121 and shall declare^H5046 it, and set it in order^H6186 for me, since I established^H7760 the ancient^H5769 people?^H5971 and the things that are coming,^H857 and that shall come^H935 to pass, let them declare.^H5046

Lo, these shall come^H935 from far;^H7350 and, lo, these from the north^H6828 and from the west;^H3220 and these from the land^H776 of Sinim.^H5515

and^G2532 think^G1380 not^G3361 to say^G3004 within^G1722 yourselves,^G1438 We have^G2192 Abraham^G11 to^G3962 our father:^G3962 for^G1063 I say^G3004 unto you,^G5213 that^G3754 God^G2316 is able^G1410 of^G1537 these^G5130 stones^G3037 to raise up^G1453 children^G5043 unto Abraham.^G11

Verily,^G281 verily,^G281 I say^G3004 unto you,^G3754 The hour^G5610 cometh,^G2064 and^G2532 now^G3568 is,^G2076 when^G3753 the dead^G3498 shall hear^G191 the voice^G5456 of the Son^G5207 of God;^G2316 and^G2532 they that hear^G191 shall live.^G2198

Saith the Lord,^G2316 who^G846 maketh^G2076 these^G3956 things^G2041 known^G1110 from^G575 of old.^G165

For^G1063 if^G1487 Abraham^G11 was justified^G1344 by^G1537 works,^G2041 he hath^G2192 whereof to glory;^G2745 but^G235 not^G3756 toward^G4314 God.^G2316

and^G2532 the base things^G36 of the world,^G2889 and^G2532 the things^G3588 that are despised,^G1848 did^G1586 God^G2316 choose,^G1586 [yea] and^G2532 the things^G3588 that are^G5607 not,^G3361 that he might bring to^G2443 nought^G2673 the things^G3588 that are:^G5607

And^G2532 you^G5209 [did he make alive,] when ye were^G5607 dead^G3498 through your trespasses^G3900 and^G2532 sins,^G266

By faith^G4102 Noah,^G3575 being warned [of God]^G5537 concerning^G4012 things^G991 not^G3369 seen^G991 as yet,^G3369 moved with godly fear,^G2125 prepared^G2680 an ark^G2787 to^G1519 the saving^G4991 of^G3624 his^G846 house;^G3624 through^G1223 which^G3739 he condemned^G2632 the world,^G2889 and^G2532 became^G1096 heir^G2818 of the righteousness^G1343 which is according^G2596 to faith.^G4102

who^G3588 in time past^G4218 were no^G3756 people,^G2992 but^G1161 now^G3568 are the people^G2992 of God:^G2316 who^G3588 had^G1653 not^G3756 obtained mercy,^G1653 but^G1161 now^G3568 have obtained mercy.^G1653
