A frowarde heart shall depart from me: I wyll not once knowe any euyll.
Ryghteous lippes are pleasaunt vnto kynges, and them that speaketh the trueth shall he loue.
The kynges displeasure is lyke the roaryng of a Lion: but his fauour is lyke the deawe vpon the grasse.
A kyng that sitteth in the throne of iudgement, chaseth away all euyll with his looke.
Who so loueth cleannes of heart, for the grace of his lippes the kyng shalbe his frende.
If a prince delight in lyes, all his seruauntes are vngodly.
His Lorde saide vnto him: Well done, thou good and faythfull seruaut. Thou hast ben faythfull ouer fewe thynges, I wyll make thee ruler ouer manye thynges: enter thou into the ioy of thy Lorde.
And the Lorde saide: Who is a faythfull and wyse stewarde, whom his lorde shall make ruler ouer his housholde, to geue them their portion of meate in due season?
