saynge: Amede youre selues, the kyngdome of heuen is at honde.

Iesus answered and sayde vnto them: Take hede, that no man disceaue you.

Then yf eny man shal saye vnto you: lo, here is Christ, or there, beleue it not.

Now yf eny man shal saye vnto you at yt tyme: Lo, here is Christ: lo, he is there, beleue it not.

I am come in my fathers name, and ye receaue me not. Yf another shal come in his awne name, him wil ye receaue.

Before these dayes rose vp one Theudas, boostinge himself. (And there cleued vnto him a nobre of me, aboute a foure hundreth) which was slayne, and all they yt enclyned vnto him, were scatred abrode, and brought to naught.

For soch false Apostles & disceatfull workers fashion them selues like vnto the Apostles of Christ.

Let noman disceaue you by eny meanes. For the LORDE commeth not, excepte the departynge come first, and that that Man of synne be opened, euen the sonne of perdicion,

But the euell men and disceauers shal waxe worse and worse, disceauynge and beynge disceaued.

For many disceauers are come in to the worlde, which confesse not yt Iesus Christ is come in the flesh: this is a disceauer and an Antechrist.

And the greate dragon that olde serpent (called the deuell and Sathanas) was cast out. Which disceaued all the worlde. And he was cast in to the earth, and his angelles were cast out with him also.
