TSK · Proverbs 10:15

If I made gold mine hope, or haue sayd to the wedge of golde, Thou art my confidence,

Beholde the man that tooke not God for his strength, but trusted vnto the multitude of his riches, and put his strength in his malice.

The rich mans riches are his strong citie: and as an hie wall in his imagination.

Robbe not the poore, because hee is poore, neither oppresse the afflicted in iudgement.

Thus saith the Lord, Let not the wise man glory in his wisedome, nor the strong man glorie in his strength, neyther the riche man glorie in his riches.

And his disciples were afraide at his words. But Iesus answered againe, and sayd vnto them, Children, how hard is it for them that trust in riches, to enter into the kingdome of God!

Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not high minded, & that they trust not in vncertaine riches, but in the liuing God, (which giueth vs aboundatly, all things to enioy)
