TSK · Ecclesiastes 3:4

And Sarah said, God hath made me to laugh, [so that] all that hear will laugh with me.

And as the ark of the LORD came into the city of David, Michal Saul's daughter looked through a window, and saw king David leaping and dancing before the LORD; and she despised him in her heart.

¶ Now in the twenty and fourth day of this month the children of Israel were assembled with fasting, and with sackclothes, and earth upon them.

¶ A Song of degrees. When the LORD turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream.

In the day of prosperity be joyful, but in the day of adversity consider: God also hath set the one over against the other, to the end that man should find nothing after him.

¶ Comfort ye, comfort ye my people, saith your God.

And Jesus said unto them, ‹Can the children of the bridechamber mourn, as long as the bridegroom is with them? but the days will come, when the bridegroom shall be taken from them, and then shall they fast.›

But the angel said unto him, Fear not, Zacharias: for thy prayer is heard; and thy wife Elisabeth shall bear thee a son, and thou shalt call his name John.

‹Blessed› [are ye] ‹that hunger now: for ye shall be filled. Blessed› [are ye] ‹that weep now: for ye shall laugh.›

Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep.

Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and [your] joy to heaviness.
