These [are] the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man [and] perfect in his generations, [and] Noah walked with God.
And the LORD appeared unto Abram, and said, Unto thy seed will I give this land: and there builded he an altar unto the LORD, who appeared unto him.

Thou shalt be perfect with the LORD thy God.
And Solomon said, Thou hast shewed unto thy servant David my father great mercy, according as he walked before thee in truth, and in righteousness, and in uprightness of heart with thee; and thou hast kept for him this great kindness, that thou hast given him a son to sit on his throne, as [it is] this day.
I beseech thee, O LORD, remember now how I have walked before thee in truth and with a perfect heart, and have done [that which is] good in thy sight. And Hezekiah wept sore.
¶ Canst thou by searching find out God? canst thou find out the Almighty unto perfection?
I will walk before the LORD in the land of the living.
And said, Remember now, O LORD, I beseech thee, how I have walked before thee in truth and with a perfect heart, and have done [that which is] good in thy sight. And Hezekiah wept sore.
And all the inhabitants of the earth [are] reputed as nothing: and he doeth according to his will in the army of heaven, and [among] the inhabitants of the earth: and none can stay his hand, or say unto him, What doest thou?
‹Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.›
And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless.
And herein do I exercise myself, to have always a conscience void of offence toward God, and [toward] men.
I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:
