¶ And Abraham rose up early in the morning, and took bread, and a bottle of water, and gave [it] unto Hagar, putting [it] on her shoulder, and the child, and sent her away: and she departed, and wandered in the wilderness of Beersheba.

I made haste, and delayed not to keep thy commandments.

Thou wilt keep [him] in perfect peace, [whose] mind [is] stayed [on thee]: because he trusteth in thee.

Then Peter began to say unto him, Lo, we have left all, and have followed thee.

To reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the heathen; immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood:

By faith Abraham, when he was tried, offered up Isaac: and he that had received the promises offered up his only begotten [son],
