TSK · Genesis 49:24

And God said unto him, Thy name [is] Jacob: thy name shall not be called any more Jacob, but Israel shall be thy name: and he called his name Israel.

And God sent me before you to preserve you a posterity in the earth, and to save your lives by a great deliverance.

And Joseph nourished his father, and his brethren, and all his father's household, with bread, according to [their] families.

Moreover he said, I [am] the God of thy father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. And Moses hid his face; for he was afraid to look upon God.

[He is] the Rock, his work [is] perfect: for all his ways [are] judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right [is] he.

¶ Now after the death of Moses the servant of the LORD it came to pass, that the LORD spake unto Joshua the son of Nun, Moses' minister, saying,

¶ And Joshua gathered all the tribes of Israel to Shechem, and called for the elders of Israel, and for their heads, and for their judges, and for their officers; and they presented themselves before God.

And he said to the king of Israel, Put thine hand upon the bow. And he put his hand [upon it]: and Elisha put his hands upon the king's hands.

My glory [was] fresh in me, and my bow was renewed in my hand.

[As for] God, his way [is] perfect: the word of the LORD is tried: he [is] a buckler to all those that trust in him.

¶ A Psalm of David. The LORD [is] my shepherd; I shall not want.

The LORD [is] their strength, and he [is] the saving strength of his anointed.

But thou hast saved us from our enemies, and hast put them to shame that hated us.

¶ Maschil of Ethan the Ezrahite. I will sing of the mercies of the LORD for ever: with my mouth will I make known thy faithfulness to all generations.

How he sware unto the LORD, [and] vowed unto the mighty [God] of Jacob;

Therefore saith the Lord, the LORD of hosts, the mighty One of Israel, Ah, I will ease me of mine adversaries, and avenge me of mine enemies:

They also that erred in spirit shall come to understanding, and they that murmured shall learn doctrine.

Thou shalt also suck the milk of the Gentiles, and shalt suck the breast of kings: and thou shalt know that I the LORD [am] thy Saviour and thy Redeemer, the mighty One of Jacob.

And I will strengthen them in the LORD; and they shall walk up and down in his name, saith the LORD.

‹And have ye not read this scripture; The stone which the builders rejected is become the head of the corner:›

This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner.

And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner [stone];

Notwithstanding the Lord stood with me, and strengthened me; that by me the preaching might be fully known, and [that] all the Gentiles might hear: and I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion.
