The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the LORD shall not want any good [thing].

Which executeth judgment for the oppressed: which giveth food to the hungry. The LORD looseth the prisoners:

‹Blessed› [are] ‹they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.›

‹But woe unto you that are rich! for ye have received your consolation.›

¶ ‹There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day:›

And when Jesus saw that he was very sorrowful, he said, ‹How hardly shall they that have riches enter into the kingdom of God!›

And Jesus said unto them, ‹I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.›

Now ye are full, now ye are rich, ye have reigned as kings without us: and I would to God ye did reign, that we also might reign with you.

¶ Go to now, [ye] rich men, weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon [you].

They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat.
