In earlier times you established the earth; the skies are your handiwork.

So I will shake the heavens, and the earth will shake loose from its foundation, because of the fury of the LORD of Heaven’s Armies, in the day he vents his raging anger.

“I looked at the land and saw that it was an empty wasteland. I looked up at the sky, and its light had vanished.

I will produce portents both in the sky and on the earth– blood, fire, and columns of smoke.
