My point is this: The person who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and the person who sows generously will also reap generously.

For every creation of God is good and no food is to be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving.

For God is not unjust so as to forget your work and the love you have demonstrated for his name, in having served and continuing to serve the saints.

Pure and undefiled religion before God the Father is this: to care for orphans and widows in their adversity and to keep oneself unstained by the world.

We have come to know love by this: that Jesus laid down his life for us; thus we ought to lay down our lives for our fellow Christians.
