Have mercy on me, LORD, for I am frail! Heal me, LORD, for my bones are shaking!

Why are you depressed, O my soul? Why are you upset? Wait for God! For I will again give thanks to my God for his saving intervention.

The LORD gives sight to the blind. The LORD lifts up all who are bent over. The LORD loves the godly.

Jesus asked his father,“How long has this been happening to him?” And he said,“From childhood.

As Jesus stepped ashore, a certain man from the town met him who was possessed by demons. For a long time this man had worn no clothes and had not lived in a house, but among the tombs.

Then shouldn’t this woman, a daughter of Abraham whom Satan bound for eighteen long years, be released from this imprisonment on the Sabbath day?”

They asked the parents,“Is this your son, whom you say was born blind? Then how does he now see?”

For the man, on whom this miraculous sign of healing had been performed, was over forty years old.
