It came to pass that, when the sun went down, and it was dark, behold, a smoking furnace, and a flaming torch passed between these pieces.

Then the cloud covered the Tent of Meeting, and the glory of Yahweh filled the tabernacle.

There came forth fire from before Yahweh, and consumed the burnt offering and the fat upon the altar: and when all the people saw it, they shouted, and fell on their faces.

It came to pass, when the priests were come out of the holy place, that the cloud filled the house of Yahweh,

It happened, when Solomon had finished the building of the house of Yahweh, and the king's house, and all Solomon's desire which he was pleased to do,

Then the fire of Yahweh fell, and consumed the burnt offering, and the wood, and the stones, and the dust, and licked up the water that was in the trench.

it happened, when the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking Yahweh; and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music, and praised Yahweh, [saying], "For he is good; for his loving kindness endures forever!" that then the house was filled with a cloud, even the house of Yahweh,

Yahweh, I love the habitation of your house, the place where your glory dwells.

It shall happen that, before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.

The Spirit took me up, and brought me into the inner court; and behold, the glory of Yahweh filled the house.

While I was speaking, and praying, and confessing my sin and the sin of my people Israel, and presenting my supplication before Yahweh my God for the holy mountain of my God;

"Behold, I send my messenger, and he will prepare the way before me; and the Lord, whom you seek, will suddenly come to his temple; and the messenger of the covenant, whom you desire, behold, he comes!" says Yahweh of Armies.

But about midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them.
