and [as] from the day^H3117 that I commanded^H6680 judges^H8199 to be over my people^H5971 Israel;^H3478 and I will cause thee to rest^H5117 from all thine enemies.^H341 Moreover Jehovah^H3068 telleth^H5046 thee that Jehovah will make^H6213 thee a house.^H1004

And it shall come to pass, when thy days^H3117 are fulfilled^H4390 that thou must go^H3212 to be with thy fathers,^H1 that I will set up^H6965 thy seed^H2233 after^H310 thee, who shall be of thy sons;^H1121 and I will establish^H3559 his kingdom.^H4438

[ A Psalm of Solomon.] Give^H5414 the king^H4428 thy judgments,^H4941 O God,^H430 And thy righteousness^H6666 unto the king's^H4428 son.^H1121

Then thou spakest^H1696 in vision^H2377 to thy saints,^H2623 And saidst,^H559 I have laid^H7737 help^H5828 upon one that is mighty;^H1368 I have exalted^H7311 one chosen^H977 out of the people.^H5971

Jehovah^H3068 hath sworn^H7650 unto David^H1732 in truth;^H571 He will not turn^H7725 from it: Of the fruit^H6529 of thy body^H990 will I set^H7896 upon thy throne.^H3678

For unto us a child^H3206 is born,^H3205 unto us a son^H1121 is given;^H5414 and the government^H4951 shall be upon his shoulder:^H7926 and his name^H8034 shall be called^H7121 Wonderful,^H6382 Counsellor,^H3289 Mighty^H1368 God,^H410 Everlasting^H5703 Father,^H1 Prince^H8269 of Peace.^H7965

Behold, the days^H3117 come,^H935 saith^H5002 Jehovah,^H3068 that I will perform^H6965 that good^H2896 word^H1697 which I have spoken^H1696 concerning the house^H1004 of Israel^H3478 and concerning the house^H1004 of Judah.^H3063

But thou, Beth-lehem^H1035 Ephrathah,^H672 which art little^H6810 to be among the thousands^H505 of Judah,^H3063 out of thee shall one come forth^H3318 unto me that is to be ruler^H4910 in Israel;^H3478 whose goings forth^H4163 are from of old,^H6924 from everlasting.^H3117

And^G1161 when they had crucified^G4717 him,^G846 they parted^G1266 his^G846 garments^G2440 among them, casting^G906 lots;^G2819

And^G2532 behold,^G2400 thou shalt conceive^G4815 in^G1722 thy womb,^G1064 and^G2532 bring forth^G5088 a son,^G5207 and^G2532 shalt call^G2564 his^G846 name^G3686 JESUS.^G2424

Jesus^G2424 answered,^G611 My^G1699 kingdom^G932 is^G2076 not^G3756 of^G1537 this^G5127 world:^G2889 if^G1487 my^G1699 kingdom^G932 were^G2258 of^G1537 this^G5127 world,^G2889 then would^G302 my^G1698 servants^G5257 fight,^G75 that^G2443 I should^G3860 not^G3361 be delivered^G3860 to the Jews:^G2453 but^G1161 now^G3568 is^G2076 my^G1699 kingdom^G932 not^G3756 from hence.^G1782

concerning^G4012 his^G846 Son,^G5207 who^G3588 was born^G1096 of^G1537 the seed^G4690 of David^G1138 according to^G2596 the flesh,^G4561

Remember^{G3421 G1453} Jesus^G2424 Christ,^G5547 risen^G1453 from^G1537 the dead,^G3498 of^G1537 the seed^G4690 of David,^G1138 according to^G2596 my^G3450 gospel:^G2098

he again^G3825 defineth^G3724 a certain^G5100 day,^G2250 To-day,^G4594 saying^G3004 in^G1722 David^G1138 so long^G5118 a time^G5550 afterward^G3326 (even as^G2531 hath been said^G2046 before), To-day^G4594 if^G1437 ye shall hear^G191 his^G846 voice,^G5456 Harden^G4645 not^G3361 your^G5216 hearts.^G2588

For^G1063 this^G3778 Melchizedek,^G3198 king^G935 of Salem,^G4532 priest^G2409 of God^G2316 Most High,^G5310 who^G3588 met^G4876 Abraham^G11 returning^G5290 from^G575 the slaughter^G2871 of the kings^G935 and^G2532 blessed^G2127 him,^G846

For^G1063 no prophecy^G4394 ever^G3756 came^{G5342 G4218} by the will^G2307 of man:^G444 but^{G235 G40} men^G444 spake^G2980 from^G5259 God,^G2316 being moved^G5342 by the^G4151 Holy^G40 Spirit.^G4151

And^G2532 he hath^G2192 on^G1909 his garment^G2440 and^G2532 on^G1909 his^G846 thigh^G3382 a name written,^G1125 KINGS^G935 OF KINGS,^G935 AND^G2532 LORD^G2962 OF LORDS.^G2962
