And it came to pass in the morning^H1242 that his spirit^H7307 was troubled;^H6470 and he sent^H7971 and called^H7121 for all the magicians^H2748 of Egypt,^H4714 and all the wise men^H2450 thereof: and Pharaoh^H6547 told^H5608 them his dream;^H2472 but there was none that could interpret^H6622 them unto Pharaoh.^H6547

And he said,^H559 Hear^H8085 now my words:^H1697 if there be a prophet^H5030 among you, I Jehovah^H3068 will make myself known^H3045 unto him in a vision,^H4759 I will speak^H1696 with him in a dream.^H2472

And all Israel^H3478 heard^H8085 of the judgment^H4941 which the king^H4428 had judged;^H8199 and they feared^H3372 the king:^H6440 for they saw^H7200 that the wisdom^H2451 of God^H430 was in him,^H7130 to do^H6213 justice.^H4941

Give^H5414 me now wisdom^H2451 and knowledge,^H4093 that I may go out^H3318 and come in^H935 before^H6440 this people;^H5971 for who can judge^H8199 this thy people,^H5971 that is so great?^H1419

And he set himself to seek^H1875 God^H430 in the days^H3117 of Zechariah,^H2148 who had understanding^H995 in the vision^H7200 of God:^H430 and as^H3117 long as he sought^H1875 Jehovah,^H3068 God^H430 made him to prosper.^H6743

Thy commandments^H4687 make me wiser^H2449 than mine enemies;^H341 For they are ever^H5769 with me.

For to the man^H120 that pleaseth^H2896 him^H6440 [God] giveth^H5414 wisdom,^H2451 and knowledge,^H1847 and joy;^H8057 but to the sinner^H2398 he giveth^H5414 travail,^H6045 to gather^H622 and to heap up,^H3664 that he may give^H5414 to him that^H6440 pleaseth^H2896 God.^H430 This also is vanity^H1892 and a striving^H7469 after wind.^H7307

behold, you are wiser^H2450 than Daniel;^H1840 there is no secret^H5640 that is hidden^H5640 from you;

And he changeth^H8133 the times^H5732 and the seasons;^H2166 he removeth^H5709 kings,^H4430 and setteth up^H6966 kings;^H4430 he giveth^H3052 wisdom^H2452 unto the wise,^H2445 and knowledge^H4486 to them that have^H3046 understanding;^H999

Therefore^H4481 made^H7761 I^H4481 a decree^H2942 to bring^H5954 in all^H3606 the wise^H2445 men of Babylon^H895 before^H6925 me, that they might make known^H3046 unto me the interpretation^H6591 of the dream.^H2493

There is^H383 a man^H1400 in thy kingdom,^H4437 in whom is the spirit^H7308 of the holy^H6922 gods;^H426 and in the days^H3118 of thy father^H2 light^H5094 and understanding^H7924 and wisdom,^H2452 like the wisdom^H2452 of the gods,^H426 were found^H7912 in him; and the king^H4430 Nebuchadnezzar^H5020 thy father,^H2 the king,^H4430 [I say], thy father,^H2 made^H6966 him master^H7229 of the magicians,^H2749 enchanters,^H826 Chaldeans,^H3779 and soothsayers;^H1505

I have heard^H8086 of thee, that the spirit^H7308 of the gods^H426 is in thee,^H5922 and that light^H5094 and understanding^H7924 and excellent^H3493 wisdom^H2452 are found^H7912 in thee.

In the third^H7969 year^H8141 of the reign^H4438 of king^H4428 Belshazzar^H1112 a vision^H2377 appeared^H7200 unto me, even unto me, Daniel,^H1840 after^H310 that which appeared^H7200 unto me at the first.^H8462

for^G1063 I^G1473 will give^G1325 you^G5213 a mouth^G4750 and^G2532 wisdom,^G4678 which^G3739 all^G3956 your^G5213 adversaries^G480 shall^G1410 not^G3756 be able^G1410 to withstand^G436 or^G3761 to gainsay.^G471

and^G2532 delivered^G1807 him^G846 out of^G1537 all^G3956 his^G846 afflictions,^G2347 and^G2532 gave^G1325 him^G846 favor^G5485 and^G2532 wisdom^G4678 before Pharaoh^G5328 king^G935 of^G1726 Egypt;^G125 and^G2532 he made^G2525 him^G846 governor^G2233 over^G1909 Egypt^G125 and^G2532 all^G3650 his^G846 house.^G3624

But^G1161 to^G4314 each one^G1538 is given^G1325 the manifestation^G5321 of the Spirit^G4151 to profit withal.^G4851

But if^G1487 any^G5100 of you^G5216 lacketh^G3007 wisdom,^G4678 let him ask^G154 of^G3844 God,^G2316 who giveth^G1325 to all^G3956 liberally^G574 and^G2532 upbraideth^G3679 not;^G3361 and^G2532 it shall be given^G1325 him.^G846
