And Lot^H3876 went out,^H3318 and spake^H1696 unto his sons-in-law,^H2860 who married^H3947 his daughters,^H1323 and said,^H559 Up,^H6965 get you out^H3318 of this place;^H4725 for Jehovah^H3068 will destroy^H7843 the city.^H5892 But he seemed unto^H5869 his sons-in-law^H2860 as one that mocked.^H6711

But he refused,^H3985 and said^H559 unto his master's^H113 wife,^H802 Behold, my master^H113 knoweth^H3045 not what is with me in the house,^H1004 and he hath put^H5414 all that he hath^H3426 into my hand:^H3027

And Joseph^H3130 said^H559 unto them, What deed^H4639 is this that ye have done?^H6213 know ye^H3045 not that such a man^H376 as I can indeed^H5172 divine?^H5172

And they said^H559 unto Moses,^H4872 Because there were no graves^H6913 in Egypt,^H4714 hast thou taken us away^H3947 to die^H4191 in the wilderness?^H4057 wherefore^H2063 hast thou dealt^H6213 thus with us, to bring us forth^H3318 out of Egypt?^H4714

Thou shalt have no other^H312 gods^H430 before me.^H6440

And Moses^H4872 entered^H935 into the midst^H8432 of the cloud,^H6051 and went up^H5927 into the mount:^H2022 and Moses^H4872 was in the mount^H2022 forty^H705 days^H3117 and forty^H705 nights.^H3915

And Moses^H4872 besought^H2470 Jehovah^H3068 his God,^H430 and said,^H559 Jehovah,^H3068 why doth thy wrath^H639 wax hot^H2734 against thy people,^H5971 that thou hast brought forth^H3318 out of the land^H776 of Egypt^H4714 with great^H1419 power^H3581 and with a mighty^H2389 hand?^H3027

For they said^H559 unto me, Make^H6213 us gods,^H430 which shall go^H3212 before^H6440 us; for as for this Moses,^H4872 the man^H376 that brought us up^H5927 out of the land^H776 of Egypt,^H4714 we know^H3045 not what is become of him.

And he said,^H559 My presence^H6440 shall go^H3212 [with thee], and I will give thee rest.^H5117

Hear,^H8085 O Israel:^H3478 thou art to pass over^H5674 the Jordan^H3383 this day,^H3117 to go in^H935 to dispossess^H3423 nations^H1471 greater^H1419 and mightier^H6099 than thyself, cities^H5892 great^H1419 and fortified up^H1219 to heaven,^H8064

And it came to pass at the end^H7093 of forty^H705 days^H3117 and forty^H705 nights,^H3915 that Jehovah^H3068 gave^H5414 me the two^H8147 tables^H3871 of stone,^H68 even the tables^H3871 of the covenant.^H1285

Up,^H6965 sanctify^H6942 the people,^H5971 and say,^H559 Sanctify^H6942 yourselves against to-morrow:^H4279 for thus saith^H559 Jehovah,^H3068 the God^H430 of Israel,^H3478 There is a devoted thing^H2764 in the midst^H7130 of thee, O Israel;^H3478 thou canst^H3201 not stand^H6965 before^H6440 thine enemies,^H341 until ye take away^H5493 the devoted thing^H2764 from among^H7130 you.

And by a prophet^H5030 Jehovah^H3068 brought^H5927 Israel^H3478 up out of Egypt,^H4714 and by a prophet^H5030 was he preserved.^H8104

But^G1161 know^G1097 this,^G1565 that^G3754 if^G1487 the master of the house^G3617 had known^G1492 in^G5438 what^G4169 watch^G5438 the thief^G2812 was coming,^G2064 he would have watched,^G302 and^G2532 would^G1439 not^G3756 have suffered^G1439 his^G846 house^G3614 to be broken through.^G1358

saying^G2036 unto Aaron,^G2 Make^G4160 us^G2254 gods^G2316 that^G3739 shall go before^G4313 us:^G2257 for^G1063 as for this^G3778 Moses,^G3475 who^G3739 led^G1806 us^G2248 forth out^G1806 of^G1537 the land^G1093 of Egypt,^G125 we know^G1492 not^G3756 what^G5101 is become^G1096 of him.^G846
