TSK · Isaiah 17:3

And the king^H4428 of Assyria^H804 hearkened^H8085 unto him; and the king^H4428 of Assyria^H804 went up^H5927 against Damascus,^H1834 and took^H8610 it, and carried [the people of] it captive^H1540 to Kir,^H7024 and slew^H4191 Rezin.^H7526

For the head^H7218 of Syria^H758 is Damascus,^H1834 and the head^H7218 of Damascus^H1834 is Rezin;^H7526 and within threescore^H8346 and five^H2568 years^H8141 shall Ephraim^H669 be broken^H2865 in pieces, so that it shall not be a people:^H5971

For before the child^H5288 shall have knowledge^H3045 to cry,^H7121 My father,^H1 and, My mother,^H517 the riches^H2428 of Damascus^H1834 and the spoil^H7998 of Samaria^H8111 shall be carried away^H5375 before^H6440 the king^H4428 of Assyria.^H804

But now Jehovah^H3068 hath spoken,^H1696 saying,^H559 Within three^H7969 years,^H8141 as the years^H8141 of a hireling,^H7916 the glory^H3519 of Moab^H4124 shall be brought into contempt,^H7034 with all his great^H7227 multitude;^H1995 and the remnant^H7605 shall be very^H4592 small^H4213 and of no account.^H3808

Woe^H1945 to the crown^H5850 of pride^H1348 of the drunkards^H7910 of Ephraim,^H669 and to the fading^H5034 flower^H6731 of his glorious^H6643 beauty,^H8597 which is on the head^H7218 of the fat^H8081 valley^H1516 of them that are overcome^H1986 with wine!^H3196

And she conceived again,^H2029 and bare^H3205 a daughter.^H1323 And [Jehovah] said^H559 unto him, Call^H7121 her name^H8034 Lo-ruhamah;^H3819 for I will no more^H3254 have mercy^H7355 upon the house^H1004 of Israel,^H3478 that I should^H5375 in any wise pardon^H5375 them.

When Ephraim^H669 saw^H7200 his sickness,^H2483 and Judah^H3063 [saw] his wound,^H4205 then went^H3212 Ephraim^H669 to Assyria,^H804 and sent^H7971 to king^H4428 Jareb:^H3377 but he is not able^H3201 to heal^H7495 you, neither will he cure^H1455 you of your wound.^H4205

As for Ephraim,^H669 their glory^H3519 shall fly away^H5774 like a bird:^H5775 there shall be no birth,^H3205 and none with child,^H990 and no conception.^H2032

Therefore shall a tumult^H7588 arise^H6965 among thy people,^H5971 and all thy fortresses^H4013 shall be destroyed,^H7703 as Shalman^H8020 destroyed^H7701 Beth-arbel^H1009 in the day^H3117 of battle:^H4421 the mother^H517 was dashed in pieces^H7376 with her children.^H1121

Though he be fruitful^H6500 among his brethren,^H251 an east wind^H6921 shall come,^H935 the breath^H7307 of Jehovah^H3068 coming up^H5927 from the wilderness;^H4057 and his spring^H4726 shall become dry,^H954 and his fountain^H4599 shall be dried up:^H2717 he shall make spoil^H8154 of the treasure^H214 of all goodly^H2532 vessels.^H3627

Publish^H8085 ye in the palaces^H759 at Ashdod,^H795 and in the palaces^H759 in the land^H776 of Egypt,^H4714 and say,^H559 Assemble^H622 yourselves upon the mountains^H2022 of Samaria,^H8111 and behold^H7200 what great^H7227 tumults^H4103 are therein,^H7130 and what oppressions^H6217 in the midst^H7130 thereof.

Therefore shall they now go captive^H1540 with the first^H7218 that go captive;^H1540 and the revelry^H4797 of them that stretched^H5628 themselves shall pass away.^H5493

And the mountains^H2022 shall be melted^H4549 under him, and the valleys^H6010 shall be cleft,^H1234 as wax^H1749 before^H6440 the fire,^H784 as waters^H4325 that are poured^H5064 down a steep place.^H4174
