If^H518 thou doest well,^H3190 shall it not be lifted^H7613 up? and if thou doest not well,^H3190 sin^H2403 coucheth^H7257 at the door;^H6607 and unto thee shall be its desire;^H8669 but do thou rule^H4910 over it.

Jehovah^H3068 is slow to anger,^H750 and abundant^H7227 in lovingkindness,^H2617 forgiving^H5375 iniquity^H5771 and transgression;^H6588 and that will by no means^H5352 clear^H5352 [the guilty], visiting^H6485 the iniquity^H5771 of the fathers^H1 upon the children,^H1121 upon the third^H8029 and upon the fourth^H7256 generation.
