declaring^H5046 the end^H319 from the beginning,^H7225 and from ancient times^H6924 things that are not [yet] done;^H6213 saying,^H559 My counsel^H6098 shall stand,^H6965 and I will do^H6213 all my pleasure;^H2656

And^G2532 the chief priests^G749 and^G2532 the scribes^G1122 heard^G191 it, and^G2532 sought^G2212 how^G4459 they might destroy^G622 him:^G846 for^G1063 they feared^G5399 him,^G846 for^G3754 all^G3956 the multitude^G3793 was astonished^G1605 at^G1909 his^G846 teaching.^G1322

And^G2532 he was^G2258 teaching^{G1321 G2596} daily^G2250 in^G1722 the temple.^G2411 But^G1161 the chief priests^G749 and^G2532 the scribes^G1122 and^G2532 the principal^G4413 men of the people^G2992 sought^G2212 to destroy^G622 him:^G846

When I^G3450 was^G5607 daily^{G2250 G2596} with^G3326 you^G5216 in^G1722 the temple,^G2411 ye stretched not^G3756 forth^G1614 your hands^G5495 against^G1909 me:^G1691 but^G235 this^G3778 is^G2076 your^G5216 hour,^G5610 and^G2532 the power^G1849 of darkness.^G4655

The Pharisees^G5330 heard^G191 the multitude^G3793 murmuring^G1111 these things^G5023 concerning^G4012 him;^G846 and^G2532 the chief priests^G749 and^G2532 the Pharisees^G5330 sent^G649 officers^G5257 to^G2443 take^G4084 him.^G846

These^G5023 words^G4487 spake^G2980 he^G2424 in^G1722 the treasury,^G1049 as he taught^G1321 in^G1722 the temple:^G2411 and^G2532 no man^G3762 took^G4084 him;^G846 because^G3754 his^G846 hour^G5610 was^G2064 not yet^G3768 come.^G2064

They^G3767 took up^G142 stones^G3037 therefore to^G2443 cast^G906 at^G1909 him:^G846 but^G1161 Jesus^G2424 hid himself,^G2928 and^G2532 went out^G1831 of^G1537 the temple.^G2411

The^G3767 Jews^G2453 took up^G941 stones^G3037 again^G3825 to^G2443 stone^G3034 him.^G846

Jesus^G2424 answered,^G611 Are there^G1526 not^G3780 twelve^G1427 hours^G5610 in the day?^G2250 If^G1437 a man^G5100 walk^G4043 in^G1722 the day,^G2250 he stumbleth^G4350 not,^G3756 because^G3754 he seeth^G991 the light^G5457 of^G2889 this^G5127 world.^G2889
