That he may withdraw^H5493 man^H120 [from his] purpose,^H4639 And hide^H3680 pride^H1466 from man;^H1397

For we are consumed^H3615 in thine anger,^H639 And in thy wrath^H2534 are we troubled.^H926

Behold, [it was] for [my] peace^H7965 [that] I had great bitterness:^H4751 But thou hast in love^H2836 to my soul^H5315 delivered it from the pit^H7845 of corruption;^H1097 For thou hast cast^H7993 all my sins^H2399 behind^H310 thy back.^H1460

And^G2532 behold,^G2400 they brought^G4374 to him^G846 a man sick of the palsy,^G3885 lying^G906 on^G1909 a bed:^G2825 and^G2532 Jesus^G2424 seeing^G1492 their^G846 faith^G4102 said^G2036 unto the sick of the palsy,^G3885 Son,^G5043 be of good cheer;^G2293 thy^G4675 sins^G266 are forgiven.^G863

Which^G5101 is^G2076 easier,^G2123 to say^G2036 to the sick of the palsy,^G3885 Thy sins^G266 are forgiven;^{G863 G4671} or^G2228 to say,^G2036 Arise,^G1453 and^G2532 take up^G142 thy^G4675 bed,^G2895 and^G2532 walk?^G4043

And^G2532 seeing^G1492 their^G846 faith,^G4102 he said,^G2036 Man,^G444 thy^G4675 sins^G266 are forgiven^G863 thee.^G4671

And^G1161 he said^G2036 unto her,^G846 Daughter,^{G2364 G2293} thy^G4675 faith^G4102 hath made^G4982 thee^G4571 whole;^G4982 go^G4198 in^G1519 peace.^G1515

Afterward^{G3326 G5023} Jesus^G2424 findeth^G2147 him^G846 in^G1722 the temple,^G2411 and^G2532 said^G2036 unto him,^G846 Behold,^G1492 thou art made^G1096 whole:^G5199 sin^G264 no more,^G3371 lest^{G2443 G3361} a worse^G5501 thing^G5100 befall^G1096 thee.^G4671

For^G1223 this cause^G5124 many^G4183 among^G1722 you^G5213 are weak^G772 and^G2532 sickly,^G732 and^G2532 not a few^G2425 sleep.^G2837

for^G1063 by grace^G5485 have ye been^G2075 saved^G4982 through^G1223 faith;^G4102 and^G2532 that^G5124 not^G3756 of^G1537 yourselves,^G5216 [it is] the gift^G1435 of God;^G2316

remembering^G3421 without ceasing^G89 your^G5216 work^G2041 of faith^G4102 and^G2532 labor^G2873 of love^G26 and^G2532 patience^G5281 of hope^G1680 in our^G2257 Lord^G2962 Jesus^G2424 Christ,^G5547 before^G1715 our^G2257 God^G2316 and^G2532 Father;^G3962

and^G2532 the prayer^G2171 of faith^G4102 shall save^G4982 him that is sick,^G2577 and^G2532 the Lord^G2962 shall raise^G1453 him^G846 up;^G1453 and if^G2579 he have^G5600 committed^G4160 sins,^G266 it shall be forgiven^G863 him.^G846
