Arise,^H6965 go^H3212 to Paddan-aram,^H6307 to the house^H1004 of Bethuel^H1328 thy mother's^H517 father;^H1 and take^H3947 thee a wife^H802 from thence of the daughters^H1323 of Laban^H3837 thy mother's^H517 brother.^H251

And he sent^H7971 messengers^H4397 unto Balaam^H1109 the son^H1121 of Beor,^H1160 to Pethor,^H6604 which is by the River,^H5104 to the land^H776 of the children^H1121 of his people,^H5971 to call^H7121 him, saying,^H559 Behold, there is a people^H5971 come out^H3318 from Egypt:^H4714 behold, they cover^H3680 the face^H5869 of the earth,^H776 and they abide^H3427 over against^H4136 me.

Behold, the people^H5971 that is come out^H3318 of Egypt,^H4714 it covereth^H3680 the face^H5869 of the earth:^H776 now, come^H3212 curse^H6895 me them; peradventure I shall be able^H3201 to fight against^H3898 them, and shall drive them out.^H1644

Shall not all these take up^H5375 a parable^H4912 against him, and a taunting^H4426 proverb^H2420 against him, and say,^H559 Woe^H1945 to him that increaseth^H7235 that which is not his! how long? and that ladeth^H3513 himself with pledges!^H5671

that^G3704 it might be fulfilled^G4137 which was spoken^G4483 through^G1223 the prophet,^G4396 saying,^G3004 I will open^G455 my^G3450 mouth^G4750 in^G1722 parables;^G3850 I will utter^G2044 things hidden^G2928 from^G575 the foundation^G2602 of the world.^G2889
