that he may incline^H5186 our hearts^H3824 unto him, to walk^H3212 in all his ways,^H1870 and to keep^H8104 his commandments,^H4687 and his statutes,^H2706 and his ordinances,^H4941 which he commanded^H6680 our fathers.^H1

Also upon Judah^H3063 came the hand^H3027 of God^H430 to give^H5414 them one^H259 heart,^H3820 to do^H6213 the commandment^H4687 of the king^H4428 and of the princes^H8269 by the word^H1697 of Jehovah.^H3068

Then rose up^H6965 the heads^H7218 of fathers'^H1 [houses] of Judah^H3063 and Benjamin,^H1144 and the priests,^H3548 and the Levites,^H3881 even all whose spirit^H7307 God^H430 had stirred^H5782 to go up^H5927 to build^H1129 the house^H1004 of Jehovah^H3068 which is in Jerusalem.^H3389

Then the king^H4428 said^H559 unto me, For what dost thou make request?^H1245 So I prayed^H6419 to the God^H430 of heaven.^H8064

Incline^H5186 my heart^H3820 unto thy testimonies,^H5715 And not to covetousness.^H1215

The king's^H4428 heart^H3820 is in the hand^H3027 of Jehovah^H3068 as the watercourses:^{H6388 H4325} He turneth^H5186 it whithersoever he will.^H2654

But this is the covenant^H1285 that I will make^H3772 with the house^H1004 of Israel^H3478 after^H310 those days,^H3117 saith^H5002 Jehovah:^H3068 I will put^H5414 my law^H8451 in their inward parts,^H7130 and in their heart^H3820 will I write^H3789 it; and I will be their God,^H430 and they shall be my people:^H5971

Fear^G5399 not,^G3361 little^G3398 flock;^G4168 for^G3754 it is^G2106 your^G5216 Father's^G3962 good pleasure^G2106 to give^G1325 you^G5213 the kingdom.^G932

It is^G2076 written^G1125 in^G1722 the prophets,^G4396 And^G2532 they shall all^G3956 be^G2071 taught^G1318 of God.^G2316 Every one^{G3956 G3767} that hath heard^G191 from^G3844 the Father,^G3962 and^G2532 hath learned,^G3129 cometh^G2064 unto^G4314 me.^G3165

And^G2532 the hand^G5495 of the Lord^G2962 was^G2258 with^G3326 them:^G846 and^G5037 a great^G4183 number^G706 that believed^G4100 turned^G1994 unto^G1909 the Lord.^G2962

So^G686 then^G3767 it is not^G3756 of him that willeth,^G2309 nor^G3761 of him that runneth,^G5143 but^G235 of God^G2316 that hath mercy.^G1653

But^G1161 by the grace^G5485 of God^G2316 I am^G1510 what^G3739 I am:^G1510 and^G2532 his^G846 grace^G5485 which was bestowed upon^G1519 me^G1691 was^G1096 not^G3756 found vain;^G2756 but^G235 I labored^G2872 more abundantly^G4053 than they^G846 all:^G3956 yet^G1161 not^G3756 I,^G1473 but^G235 the grace^G5485 of God^G2316 which was^G3588 with^G4862 me.^G1698

having foreordained^G4309 us^G2248 unto^G1519 adoption as sons^G5206 through^G1223 Jesus^G2424 Christ^G5547 unto^G1519 himself,^G846 according^G2596 to the good pleasure^G2107 of his^G846 will,^G2307

in^G1722 whom^G3739 also^G2532 we were made a heritage,^G2820 having been foreordained^G4309 according to^G2596 the purpose^G4286 of him who^G3588 worketh^G1754 all things^G3956 after^G2596 the counsel^G1012 of his^G846 will;^G2307

for^G1063 by grace^G5485 have ye been^G2075 saved^G4982 through^G1223 faith;^G4102 and^G2532 that^G5124 not^G3756 of^G1537 yourselves,^G5216 [it is] the gift^G1435 of God;^G2316

But^G1161 we^G2249 are bound^G3784 to give thanks^G2168 to God^G2316 always^G3842 for^G4012 you,^G5216 brethren^G80 beloved^G25 of^G5259 the Lord,^G2962 for that^G3754 God^{G2316 G138} chose^G138 you^G5209 from^G575 the beginning^G746 unto^G1519 salvation^G4991 in^G1722 sanctification^G38 of the Spirit^G4151 and^G2532 belief^G4102 of the truth:^G225

But^G1161 when^G3753 the kindness^G5544 of God^G2316 our^G2257 Saviour,^G4990 and^G2532 his love^G5363 toward man,^G5363 appeared,^G2014

Be^G4105 not^G3361 deceived,^G4105 my^G3450 beloved^G27 brethren.^G80
