And it came to pass the same day,^H3117 that Isaac's^H3327 servants^H5650 came,^H935 and told^H5046 him concerning^H182 the well^H875 which they had digged,^H2658 and said^H559 unto him, We have found^H4672 water.^H4325

And they returned^H7725 to Joshua,^H3091 and said^H559 unto him, Let not all the people^H5971 go up;^H5927 but let about two or three^H7969 thousand^H505 men^H376 go up^H5927 and smite^H5221 Ai;^H5857 make not all the people^H5971 to toil^H3021 thither; for they are but few.^H4592

So as to incline^H7181 thine ear^H241 unto wisdom,^H2451 And apply^H5186 thy heart^H3820 to understanding;^H8394

He becometh poor^H7326 that worketh^H6213 with a slack^H7423 hand;^H3709 But the hand^H3027 of the diligent^H2742 maketh rich.^H6238

He that tilleth^H5647 his land^H127 shall have plenty^H7646 of bread;^H3899 But he that followeth^H7291 after vain^H7386 [persons] is void^H2638 of understanding.^H3820

The slothful^H7423 man roasteth^H2760 not that which he took in hunting;^H6718 But the precious^H3368 substance^H1952 of men^H120 [is to] the diligent.^H2742

I went^H5674 by the field^H7704 of the sluggard,^H376 And by the vineyard^H3754 of the man^H120 void^H2638 of understanding;^H3820

The sluggard^H6102 saith,^H559 There is a lion^H7826 in the way;^H1870 A lion^H7826 is in the streets.^H7339

I have put off^H6584 my garment;^H3801 How^H349 shall I put it on?^H3847 I have washed^H7364 my feet;^H7272 how^H349 shall I defile^H2936 them?

Work^G2038 not^G3361 for the food^G1035 which perisheth,^G622 but^G235 for the food^G1035 which abideth^G3306 unto^G1519 eternal^G166 life,^G2222 which^G3739 the Son^G5207 of man^G444 shall give^G1325 unto you:^G5213 for^G1063 him^G5126 the Father,^G3962 even God,^G2316 hath^G4972 sealed.^G4972

Yea,^G1161 and^G2532 for^G846 this^G5124 very cause adding^G2023 on your^G5216 part all^G3956 diligence,^G4710 in your^G5216 faith^G4102 supply^G3923 virtue;^G703 and^G1161 in^G1722 [your] virtue^G703 knowledge;^G1108
