For wherein now shall it be known^H3045 that^H645 I have found^H4672 favor^H2580 in thy sight,^H5869 I and thy people?^H5971 is it not in that thou goest^H3212 with us, so that we are separated,^H6395 I and thy people,^H5971 from all the people^H5971 that are upon the face^H6440 of the earth?^H127

My son,^H1121 if thou wilt receive^H3947 my words,^H561 And lay^H6845 up my commandments^H4687 with thee;

The beginning^H7225 of strife^H4066 is [as] when one letteth out^H6362 water:^H4325 Therefore leave off^H5203 contention,^H7379 before^H6440 there is quarrelling.^H1566

He that goeth about^H1980 as a tale-bearer^H7400 revealeth^H1540 secrets;^H5475 Therefore company^H6148 not with him that openeth^H6601 wide his lips.^H8193

He that passeth by,^H5674 [and] vexeth^H5674 himself with strife^H7379 belonging not to him, Is [like] one that taketh^H2388 a dog^H3611 by the ears.^H241

I sat^H3427 not in the assembly^H5475 of them that make merry,^H7832 nor rejoiced;^H5937 I sat^H3427 alone^H910 because^H6440 of thy hand;^H3027 for thou hast filled^H4390 me with indignation.^H2195
