TSK · Amos 2:7

Thou shalt not discouer the shame of thy daughter in lawe: for she is thy sonnes wife: therefore shalt thou not vncouer her shame.

And I will set my face against that man and cut him off from among his people, because he hath giuen his children vnto Molech, for to defile my Sanctuarie, and to pollute mine holye Name.

Then Ahab came into his house heauie & in displeasure, because of the word which Naboth the Izreelite had spoken vnto him. for hee had sayde, I will not giue thee the inheritance of my fathers, and he lay vpon his bed, and turned his face and would eate no bread.

The Lord shall enter into iudgement with the Ancients of his people & the princes thereof: for ye haue eaten vp the vineyarde: the spoyle of the poore is in your houses.

Wo vnto them that decree wicked decrees, and write grieuous things,

And euery one hath committed abomination with his neighbours wife, and euery one hath wickedly defiled his daughter in lawe, and in thee hath euery man forced his owne sister, euen his fathers daughter.

Heare this worde, ye kine of Bashan that are in the mountaine of Samaria, which oppresse the poore, & destroy the needie, and they say to their masters, Bring, and let vs drinke.

For I know your manifold transgressions, and your mightie sinnes: they afflict the iust, they take rewards, & they oppresse the poore in ye gate.

And they couet fields, and take them by violence, and houses, and take them away: so they oppresse a man and his house, euen man and his heritage.

The good man is perished out of the earth, and there is none righteous among men: they all lye in wayte for blood: euery man hunteth his brother with a net.

For ye Name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles through you, as it is written.
