But the Lorde was with Ioseph, and shewed him mercie, and got him fauour in the sight of the master of the prison.

Blessed be the Lorde God of our fathers, which so hath put in the Kings heart, to beautifie the house of the Lord that is in Ierusalem,

And the King said vnto me, For what thing doest thou require? Then I prayed to the God of heauen,

For be ye sure that the Lorde hath chosen to himselfe a godly man: the Lorde will heare when I call vnto him.

When the wayes of a man please the Lord, he will make also his enemies at peace with him.
